Project Manager
Seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the delivery leadership and the company’s overall delivery interaction with the client account(s). The emphasis is on ensuring that day-to-day client deliverables are handled with professionalism and knowledge, leading to a positive client response and delivery. Strong background in the agile development process, ensuring the team adheres to scrum principles, driving enterprise metrics, experience in Azure Dev Ops and Monday.com, and financial management. Be a leader who can set direction for the team and guide them towards success. Individuals need to possess excellent communication skills and be self-motivated and entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Managing fully integrated project plans across several parallel initiatives, program level budget & financials management, RAID management, managing to budget, schedule, resource plan and all the typical industry expectations from PM - Exec dashboard, status updates, internal & external communications, pulling up LoE’s across all deliverables, presenting to client, getting approval, logging this across all internal/external systems, running accruals & invoicing, running project meetings & sync points with offshore members to ensure timely updates & deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Acts as point of contact from Simplify Healthcare to work with client's project management person/team.
Creates and executes project plans based on discovery discussion and documentation, and assistance from Product Consultants and Business Analysts.
Acts as primary interface for all customer communications – project planning, schedules, milestones, status reports, invoicing, and overall organization of project related artefacts.
Presents the standard status report to the delivery leadership/client with precise and correct information sourced from various tools, conversations with internal stakeholders (including but not limited to project hygiene, sprint/release status, estimated vs actual efforts, RAID and query logs).
Creates, executes, and tracks implementation budget forecast and spend throughout the implementation timeline, and monitors revenue forecast.
Supervises incident management, change controls, problem management, scope management from discussions thru approvals and works with Delivery Leads and Product Consultants to execute.
Lead/guide the cross-functional team, which includes product solutions, development team, and quality assurance, scrum master to ensure effectiveness of implementation.
Help client and internal resources prioritize deliverables in times of conflicting demands.
Raises purchase orders.
Guides the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and ensures that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology, fosters best practices in the team.
Performs scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and maintains the related metrics and artifacts.
Required Skills:
Docs Senior Lead position will own and support a full range of SDLC activities related to product design/configuration/support and maintenance.
This position will work closely with the technical development group, internal product groups, and business end-user departments to ensure that enterprise software is developed in a robust, reliable, and scalable architecture.
The Docs Senior Lead will manage and supervise mid-large-sized teams of product configuration analysts and serve as a liaison between Technology and Business teams.
Alongside the management duties, this individual will perform a certain amount of Product Configuration/Management related tasks.
The Docs Senipr Lead will also be responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Experience:
6+ years of product configuration experience in a supervisory capacity
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, and products.
Day-to-day or project-specific management.
Experience in full SDLC for application development
Experience leading mid to large-sized teams
