Manager Docs - Configuration

Manager Docs- Configuration will manage and supervise mid-large sized teams of product configuration analysts and serve as a liaison between Technology and Business teams. Alongside the management duties, this individual will perform a certain amount of Product Configuration/Management related tasks, in line with that of a Product Manager/Senior BA. The Product Configuration Manager will also be responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

This role requires a Team Manager/Lead with a deep understanding and execution expertise in BPO/BPS healthcare OR back-office processes and operations, including product configuration, health plan benefits data management, health plans documentation and filing, back-office processes, data validation & upload back end processes, claims data, etc. Automate Health Plan data validation using HTML and Streamline processes with the latest tools and technology. Execute, Develop and Implement, and monitor quality metrics and SLA’s tracking processes. Bring efficiencies in operations, resource utilization, planning, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document the end users’ current business processes, workflow states, and functions.

  • Analyze enhancements/changes to the Product Design to determine the effect on the end configuration and prepare the necessary documentation.

  • Work with PMO and Project Managers in resource allocation for projects in flight and in the pipeline.

  • Assisted in translating business/end-user requirements into configuration requirements.

  • Line management and personal development responsibilities of a mid-large-sized team of configuration analysts.

  • Provide technical guidance to the configuration analysts in their assigned job duties and monitor the deliverables.

  • Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely and systematic manner.

  • Work directly and closely with client teams to capture existing processes, design and configure solutions, and provide support, including assistance with testing.

  • Coordinate and oversee testing with end users and facilitate communication of testing results to Internal and Client groups.

  • Monitoring adherence to and refining SDLC processes, IT standards, policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Total 08+ years of experience in any BPO / BPS healthcare OR back-office processes and operations, Document Management Tool - including product configuration, health plan benefits data management, health plans documentation and filing,

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity as People Manager and team mentoring.

  • Strong logic-building and application skills. Knowledge of any programming language like HTML Coding is a plus.

  • Configuration/implementation of BPM or document management tools would be a plus.

  • Preferably with a Strong Business Analyst background with an understanding of SDLC, Product development, and implementation of software solutions, and systems.

  • Day-to-day or project-specific management.
